Rasmalai recipe
,To make this sweet, first prepare milk to make Kalakand or Rasmalai.
,Take a bowl and add one cup of condensed milk in it.
,Now add sugar, milk powder, saffron milk, pistachio and almond slivers and cardamom powder to the milk and mix well.
,After mixing everything well, keep it in the refrigerator to cool.
About the method of making Kalakand.
,Grate the cheese in a plate with the help of a grater.
,Add one cup milk powder, one cup milk and sugar to the grated cheese and mix well.
,Keep the mixture on flame to heat and cook it until it dries and separates from the pan or wok.
,When the kalakand starts drying, add cardamom powder and saffron milk and mix.
,Add some chopped dry fruits and spread the kalakand in a tray greased with ghee to set it.
,Now garnish dry fruits on top and keep it in the fridge for half an hour to set.
,After half an hour, take out the kalakand from the fridge, cut it into square shapes, soak it in the prepared rasmalai, offer it to Mata and serve it to everyone.
